Fatal Crash Courtland Road

(Prince George, VA) –Police Investigating Fatal Crash

On November 2, 2022, at approximately 4:51 p.m., the Prince George County Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 4400 block of Courtland Road. Officers determined that a four-door Ford Windstar minivan and a four-door Ford Crown Victoria sedan were traveling southbound on Courtland Road. The preliminary investigation revealed that the Windstar minivan rear-ended the Crown Victoria, veered off the left side of the road, and overturned in the ditch.

The driver of the Windstar minivan, Michelle Urso, 57, of Sussex, sustained fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the Crown Victoria sedan was not injured in the crash.
