General Services consists of the maintenance of all County Facilities and Fleet Management Operations.  This would include capital planning, design, construction management, operational management, project management, lifecycle maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment, building security, and ADA Compliance.

Our staff responds to all calls regarding: Trash Collection, Carpentry, Cooling, Custodial, Electrical, Heating, Lighting, Mechanical, Painting, Plumbing, Structural Problems and maintains all County Welcome Signs.

Our goal is to provide quality services, which enables County Departments and Agencies to carry out the County’s mission; meeting the needs of a dynamic community, providing quality services, and promoting a healthy, safe and prosperous community for all.

The County Administration Building is home to many departments that service county residents, including the Assessor’s Office, Community Development & Code Compliance, Commissioner of Revenue, County Administration, County Attorney, Economic Development, Finance, Fire & EMS, Human Resources, Information Technology, Registrar’s Office, Treasurer’s Office and Utilities/Engineering.

The Courthouse Building has three court divisions:  Circuit, General District and Juvenile & Domestic Relations.  The Circuit Court Clerk and Combined General District and Juvenile & Domestic Relations Clerk coordinates these three divisions.  Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, Victim Witness Coordinator and Sheriff’s Department have offices located within the Courthouse as well.
