Citizen Self Service Maintenance Extended Through October 31, 2022
Treasurer’s Office and Office of the Commissioner of Revenue Closed to the Public

Prince George, VA – The Treasurer’s Office and the Office of the Commissioner of Revenue will remain closed to the public an additional day, October 31, 2022, due to longer than expected software updates, continued website maintenance needs and additional staff training. The County began a systems upgrade with Tyler Technologies on October 27 in order to move to newer versions of Energov, Tyler Cashiering and change the third party payment processor from Elavon to Tyler Payments. The offices will reopen to the public on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

Citizen Self Service is still on track to be operational November 1, 2022. Users are unable to access the online bill pay during this maintenance window.

Community Development and Code Compliance will be open to the public, however online services will not be available until Tuesday.

Prince George County would like to thank its residents for their patience and understanding while these updates are completed. If users experience challenges following the upgrades, they should contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 804-722-8789 or csshelp@princegeorgecountyva.gov.
