Land Use Revalidation Forms Due November 4, 2022
The application filing deadline for parcels in the land use assessment program is November 4, 2022. Revalidation forms filed after the November 4 deadline will be assessed a $10.00 late fee for each parcel currently in the program (in addition to the regular filing fees). If revalidation forms are not received by January 3, 2023 the parcel(s) will be removed from the program and real estate taxes will be bill on the fair market value.
Eligible residents have been mailed revalidation applications and reminder postcards from the county. An online version of the form can be found on the Real Estate Assessor's Website.
