Citizen Self-Service Unavailable for Online Tax and
Utility Payments October 8 and October 9, 2022

Prince George, VA – Online bill pay will be unavailable beginning 5:00 PM on Friday, October 7, 2022 through Sunday, October 9, 2022. Users will be unable to make online payments during this time. Citizens can make payments electronically on Monday, October 10, 2022.

The County’s financial system provider is updating the Citizen Self Service (online bill pay) user login authentication. This update will provide security enhancements that should improve the overall user experience. Following the authentication updates, users will have to reset their passwords or reregister as required.

Please find an example of the new login screen below in which users will follow the prompts as required to complete the login process.

Customers can make payments in person at the Treasurer’s Office during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and by using the drop boxes conveniently located outside of the County Administration building. 

Please note that County offices are closed on Monday, October 10, 2022 for Columbus Day.
