FY2025 Real Estate Assessment Notices

On March 26, 2024, the Prince George County Board of Supervisors approved an Ordinance that exempts the requirement for real estate reassessments for calendar year 2024 (Fiscal Year 2025). The proposed reassessment numbers for calendar year 2024 (Fiscal Year 2025) will not be used. The reassessment numbers for calendar year 2023 (Fiscal Year 2024) are provided (middle column) in the PDF link below:
