Stormwater Utility Fee

The Stormwater Utility Fee is billed in two equal installments on the December and June real estate tax bills. The Prince George Stormwater Utility Program is run by the Community Development & Code Compliance Department. Information on the program can be located by clicking here. If you have questions regarding your real estate tax bill or its balance, please contact the Treasurer's Office at (804)722-8750 during office hours which are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
