H.I.T.T. is a challenging, comprehensive, effective and fun total body workout and we are so PUMPED to bring this new class to those looking to burn fat, sculpt lean muscle, strengthen the core and increase energy and endurance. H.I.T.T. stands for high-intensity interval training and is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick 20 second, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short 10 seconds of recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time with lower impact. The best part, the workout is easily scalable to your fitness level and low impact but make sure to come to class well hydrated, nourished and ready to work! The H.I.T.T. class will consist of a five-minute warm-up followed by six rounds of work (eight cycles of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) with one minute of rest between each round, and then a 10-minute cool-down. During the 20 seconds of intense work, participants performed as many repetitions as possible of each exercise. BRING A MAT WITH YOU.

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is based on the principal that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”.
