Prince George County Planning Area
The Prince George County Planning Area is the planned growth area for residential and commercial development in Prince George County as described in the Comprehensive Plan. Subdivision and commercial development within the Prince George County Planning Area typically requires connection to public water and wastewater systems.
The areas of the County that do not fall within the Prince George County Planning Area are called the Rural Conservation Area.
