Prince George County is working with The Berkley Group on new Comprehensive Plan, targeting completion in 2025.

Opportunities for input from the community will include:
- A community survey is live. Click here to take the survey.
- Public Workshops are scheduled for May 8, 15 and 22.
- All who live or work in the County are invited to attend any session, or even all sessions!
- Each session will follow the same general format.
- Participants should arrive before the start time to participate in the entire meeting.
- Each session begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Prince George County Library, located at 6605 Courts Dr, Prince George, VA 23875.

- Focus Groups with key stakeholders are scheduled for May 2024.
- During the "Joint Kickoff Work Session" of the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission on March 21, The Berkley Group presented their preliminary findings and solicited preliminary input from the Supervisors and the Commissioners.

- The Berkley Group reviewed the current adopted Comprehensive Plan and prepared reports about what they learned. (Jan.-March 2024)
- Hosted The Berkley Group for a tour of the County and interviews with department directors, and provided additional information (Jan.-Feb. 2024)
- Signed contract with The Berkley Group (Oct. 2023)
