In a continuing effort to better serve our customers, effective July 1, 1996, we have developed a Minimum Plans Information policy. The objective of the policy is to expedite the approval of submitted plans and ensure that the construction plans at the job site reflect all required code information. Please select the appropriate link below to view the minimum information required to be included on submitted commercial plans:

In the event that the required information is not provided on the original submitted plans, it will be required to be included on the revised project drawings, which must be submitted prior to permit issuance. We realize that the policy may necessitate extra time to make changes to the drawings; however, it will save time overall during the construction process. Please remember that the intent of this change is to assure that the relevant code requirements are specified on the project drawings. This information will help the contractor and inspector ensure that the project is constructed in compliance with the code.
