Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health.  SNAP provides electronic benefits that can be used like cash to buy food at any store that mentions the SNAP Program, has a Virginia EBT sign or has the Quest sign.

Each eligible household will receive a card that may be used like a bank debit card to purchase eligible food items from your account.
