Sign Up for Online Bill Pay

In order to sign up, you will need to have a current bill from the County where you will find your the information needed to link your accounts.  Have an issue or question?  Call (804) 722-8789 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You may link more than one account to your online profile.  If you receive multiple personal property bills, please check as the customer name and account id may be different for each bill.

 

Step 1. Register

*Tyler Technologies recommends using Google Chrome

The new link to Online Bill Pay:  Prince George County Online Bill Pay

A.  On the bill pay site, click the login button (at the upper-right corner of the page) or click "Online Bill Pay"
B.  On the following Tyler Identity page, select “Register for a new account"- It’s simple:  Email address, name, and password.
C.  You’ll get an email with a link to confirm your account.
     • Once you follow the link and confirm, the page will say “Click here to sign in”
      Please read the following note, to avoid potential confusion
     • The “Click here to sign in” link provided on the confirmation page will sign you into “User Self-Service”, not Bill Pay
D.  To access Bill Pay, close out of the Self-Service page (or open a new tab) and go back to our Online Bill Pay site.
     • Prince George County Online Bill Pay
E.  Sign in with your email address, and the password you just created.
     • Munis should associate your new login with your old login information if it finds a matching email address for you
     • Some users may need to re-associate (re-link) their bills to their account; using the information provided on their billing statement

 

Step 2. Link your accounts
 

For Utility Billing

  • At the bottom of the page, click on link to account on the Utility Billing Accounts line.

  • Locate your account number and customer number on a recent Utility Bill.

  • Enter the information on the Account Link Setup page.  You must get the information exactly correct in order for it to link.

  • Click Update.  Once linked, it will show you the account under Linked Accounts in the Account Settings page.  Click Go To Module Homepage under the Utility Billing Accounts to go to your bills.

For Personal Property

  • At the bottom of the page, click on link to account next to Personal Property Accounts.

  • Locate the Customer Name and Account ID on your most recent bill.

  • Enter the Account ID and primary owner's name EXACTLY as it looks on the bill.

  • It should now appear on your accounts list.
