Prince George, VA – On March 28, 2023, the Prince George County Board of Supervisors
accepted the resignation of Daniel Whitten, County Attorney. The Board thanks Mr. Whitten for 
his service to the County.

The Board has appointed Andrea Erard, who has over 30 years of experience in local government 
law, to serve as the Interim County Attorney. The process for hiring a new County Attorney will 
begin immediately.
