 Adopt-A-Sign Program

Prince George, VA – Our County welcomes many new visitors from all over the world each day. In order to ensure our county is represented as a clean, attractive place to live and provide a warm welcome to visitors, the Prince George County Adopt-A-Sign Program was created.

The program allows for-profit and non-profit entities the ability to “adopt” one of the eleven Prince George County Welcome and Industrial Signs scattered across the County. The adoption funds will be allocated towards annual maintenance and beautification, including landscaping, cleaning, and painting, thus saving taxpayer dollars. A sponsor will have the option to purchase a sponsorship sign with its name under the county sign.

The cost to sponsor a sign is $5,000 for five years. The County will be wholly responsible for regular maintenance of the sign and any loss, damage or repair to the sign, subject to normal wear and tear and weather exposure.
