Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security Visits
Riverside Regional Jail
Prince George, VA – On October 19, Virginia Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security Sheriff Robert Mosier visited Riverside Regional Jail. Also in attendance were the Deputy Secretary of Public Safety and Special Assistant to Governor Glenn Youngkin. They toured the facilities and visited with staff and inmates. It was a great opportunity for the Secretary to converse with employees in leadership roles of the criminal justice field and speak with inmates under their direct supervision.
Larry Leabough, Superintendent of Riverside Regional Jail, stated that the visitors were “highly complementary of our jail and jail operations. My staff and I take great pride and ownership of Riverside Regional Jail.”
