Public Notice

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that Prince George County will be holding a public meeting on June 28, 2022 at 6 pm in the Board of Supervisors Board Room, Third Floor of the County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia, (located at the intersection of Laurel Springs Road and Courts Drive in the County Government Complex) to allow citizens from Jordan on the James, Beechwood Manor, and Eagle Preserve, and any other interested parties, an opportunity to express their concerns and receive information pertaining to the Pro Rata Share Water Agreement with Chappell Creek, LLC and the approved 98-lot residential subdivision.
