(Prince George, VA) – Plea agreement entered in Huddleston Case
On November 15, 2021, Benjamin Franklin Chiarky entered guilty pleas for second-degree murder, malicious wounding, abduction, use of a firearm by a felon, and use of a firearm in the commission of murder. Chiarky will serve a total of 30 years in prison with 48 additional years suspended.
On November 12, 2020, Prince George County Police arrested Benjamin Franklin Chiarky for the murder of Corrine Lee Huddleston. Corrine, a 20-year-old Prince George County female, was first reported missing in October of 2020.
The Prince George County Police Department worked collaboratively with the Surry County Sheriff’s Office and the Surry County Commonwealth Attorney's Office regarding this case. Attached (below) are photos of Corrine as her family and friends remember her friendly smile, love of life and adventure, and compassion for all.
