WELCOME BACK TO A SAFE & SECURE RBC CAMPUS
Richard Bland College has prepared for the safe return of students, faculty, and staff this fall with its Safe & Secure plan. Developed in consultation with the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), the plan has been reviewed by the State Council of Higher Education (SCHEV) and found to be compliant in containing the required components of the "Higher Education Reopening Guidance."

FALL SEMESTER BEGINS FOLLOWING MOVE-IN DAYS
