NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING UPON CALL OF
TWO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,
PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, VIRGINIA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with Sec. 3B of the “Bylaws and Rules of Procedure of the Board of Supervisors” and §§ 15.2-1417 and 15.2-1418 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, we hereby call a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors on December 9, 2019 at 5:00p.m. in the Community Room at the Human Services Building located at 6450 Administration Drive, Prince George, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting is a closed meeting pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711.A.8 – Consultation with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel; such legal advice shall be limited to federal and state requirements relating to workplace safety and other legal issues related to human resources management.
