(Prince George, VA) – James River Drive, Fatal Crash Update
On 03/13/19, Prince George County Police arrested Jeffrey Thomas Rose, age 55, of Dinwiddie County. Mr. Rose was transported to Riverside Regional Jail where he is currently being held without bond. Rose was the driver of the GMC pickup involved in the fatal crash on 03/09/19 at approximately 7:06 p.m.
Rose has been charged with the following offenses:
• Aggravated Involuntary Manslaughter
• Driving Under the Influence (with blood alcohol level more than 0.20)
