Public Hearing; REZONING CASE RZ-18-01 Request of the County of Prince George to conditionally rezone the front portion of the subject property from R-A, Residential – Agricultural to the B-1, General Business Zoning District to permit certain uses. The Comprehensive Plan indicates that the subject property is appropriate for public and semi-public uses. The subject property is located at 11023 Prince George Drive and it is known as part of Tax Map 450(0A)00-048-0.
